Default TTC and not wanting to move #5

My advice would be to arrange a FS appt anyway; you will probably have to wait a few months before you can get an appt (especially this time of year), and so keep trying in the meantime.
It is suggested than couples with low sperm counts have 2nd or 3rd daily sex, rather than daily, to bolster the numbers. Perhaps be guided by your OPKs; have sex the first day of a +ve, then again 2 days later. But this is the advice a FS is best placed to give.

    Thanks J. Really appreciate it!

Congrats Mummajez - what brilliant news!!! Fingers crossed for a sticky!!!

Last night had a Christmas party with our friends - I was driving, therefore not drinking - so they have all assumed that I am pregnant. They were all excited, despite me laughing and saying I wasn't - really didn't want to say 'no I had a chemical 2 weeks ago'! Could have been a downer Debbie! Haha. But it was the first time I really felt truly down that I am not pregnant yet - not only are we itching for it, but so are our wonderful friends. We have such a wonderful group, that when we eventually do have a bub, it is going to have so much love around it. I promised next Christmas we would have a bub for them! Haha

Thank you everyone. I'm still in a huge shock.....

Use first response today just to be sure they others were dodgy (and having a previous chemical) and came up instantly. I still can't believe it..

    Thank you xxx

Lil smurfy - if all goes well I will have edd 19 August, but have a feeling it will revise to 17 August (O'd on day 12).

I have been booking so many women in for their ultrasounds, I can't believe I will finally be booking in mine...

That is a very very low sperm count, and low motility. Honestly, if it was me, I would organise an appointment with a FS for as soon as possible.
I don't want to upset you, but I don't want to give you false hope. I expect a FS will recommend IVF...that way they can concentrate your husband's sperm, select the good "swimmers", and use them. Lots of couples with low sperm count go down this route with good success rates.
I really hope I haven't upset you, but 2.7 million per mL is very low, and I want you to seek expert advice. That is what I would do in your situation, absolutely.
Your GP will need to write you and your husband a referral (needs to be both of you for a FS).
Feel free to PM me anytime. By all means keep trying naturally, but I really think you and hubby will need some medical intervention.
    J xx.
