Thanks for the reply. My cycles have been a bit out of whack but most recently I've had 32 day cycles. I suspect that if I'm ovulating at all it's quite late, around CD19ish...? Would it still be ideal for me to have bloods around CD21 or later? Also does the time of day affect the results? Sorry to drill you with all the questions!

If you generally ovulate around CD19, then I would wait until CD26 for you bloods...we are aiming for roughly 7DPO. Time of day does not matter to any significant degree.
    Good luck!
    J.

Default TTC and not wanting to move #5

Can anyone suggest anything, I have had terrible insomnia for a week now, for example tonight: went to bed at 10:45 woke up 12 it's now 1:45 and I am WIDE AWAKE! Most nights this week I have either been waking up frequently or waking up super early hating it! What can I do?

Hi channy I just finished work but its only 11.30 here. Have you tried chamomile tea (sp cant think tired) or lavender under your pillow or in your room to help you relax. Also a warm drink of milk or hot chocolate. Hope someyhing works for you. Good luck.

Hey channy what i Started doing was temping till O was confirmed at 3dpo then stopped. The stress of analyzing every temp isn't good for anyone and it also used to keep me awake at night. It causes so much extra worry!
All the best for you in December!

It's not over til AF arrives, there's still hope. I have looked at the chart gallery on FF and there have been charts where the temp has dropped at 12 or 13 dpo and they still got a BFP.

Getting obsessed is easy to do when you want something so badly. Is a drop like that normal for you, a few days before AF is due? I'm sorry if you are out this month.

I personally don't use temps and OPKs because of how uncertain it can be. I have used clomid in the past, as well as charting, ov bloods and temps and the best results for me came through just doing the deed every second day 5 days before and after suspected ov. Also CM is a good indicator for me..
