    Default Exercising after miscarriage

Is it safe to exercise immediately after a miscarriage or should you wait a certain time?

Maddyangel I am so sorry for your loss. If you are mentally able to cope with it my GP said it was fine, although I had a complete mc recently. She did suggest taking it easy for a while due to hormones and extreme spikes of endorphins leading to some lows after or something along those lines. Good luck dear

    Default Re: Exercising after miscarriage

Thanks cozwesty. I think I need to do something even if its only walking. I need to lose weight & start feeling better.
