Making home made gummi lollies :-) just to test them out. If they work well I will probably make some for our Christmas home made goodie bags for everyone :-)

    Home made gummi lollies
    1 packet of jelly crystals
    20g gelatine
    1/3 cup water

Mix together in a small saucepan and leave for about 10 mins. Then heat the mixture on low heat and stir constantly until all gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a jug with a spout and pour into moulds. Leave to set for about 10 mins then put in the freezer for about 10 mins to set completely. Once set rub the back of each with a tiny bit of cornflour (stops them from sticking together as the back is quite sticky)

    Here's mine for tonight :-)
    They are so yummy!
