    Default Stupid tmi question

Well it's kinda embaressing which is why I'm asking on here... I'm not sure what to do :/ I just went to the loo and it hurt a bit (doing a poo) an when I wiped the bowl was full of blood... I'm 22 weeks preg. Would it of just been a hemriod? Or what? I can't tell where the blood came from

Most likely a haemorrhoid if it hurt when you went. Has the bleeding stopped?

If your still worried contact your middies, it could just have been a haemorrhoid thou. Put a pad on and if it continues ring the hospital. HTH

this happened to me from about 36weeks with my first - was very frightening!
I came out of the loo almost in tears saying to DH "im, bleeding, ive come this far i cant loose her now...." I layed down and had a cold drink to try and feel some movements to ease my mind....it took a while but she woke up and i felt her. RELIEF!
With this pregnancy, it happened at about 26 weeks and i knew exactly what it was because it felt like my bumhole was being ripped in half as i tried to do number two's and yes there was blood.
My middie said try not to strain when doing number 2. Increase fluids and fibre - try some metamucill sprinkled over your brekky in the morning - this helped me get things running smoother and i was more comfortable.

Poor thing. It's one of the awful parts of pregnancy we have to put up with.
