    Default International travel and supply?

I'm heading overseas on friday and I'm just wondering if the change in time zones is going to affect my milk supply?

also would jet-lag hinder my supply?

    thanks

I don't see how it would, breastmilk is made on a supply=demand basis. Of course being aware of things like hydration and ensuring bub feeds as much as usual are important I know when we are busy or out for the day and about bub doesn't get as many feeds or feeds can be cut short usually she makes up for it when we get home and we have a big boobie snuggle on the bed.
