    Default Babywearing after C-section?

Just a quick question. How long do think would be sufficient to wait before wearing your baby in an Ergo, after you have had a C-section? My bub is now 12 weeks and i really wanna start wearing him about and my scar has healed nicely and feels good. Do you all think i'd be right? I dont see my doctor till friday so cant ask her till then. TIA

I wore my girls in a harness and pouch within a week of c/s.. Found it to be heaps more comfy then carrying them around as it helps straighten your back up after hunching over after a c/s.. No harm in giving it a go and if you find it painful then wait a few more weeks.

You should be fine. My bub is 14 weeks now & she's been in the ergo for a few weeks.

I used my Manduca (similar to Ergo) when baby was about a week or two old after my 4th c-section.

Sit the waist strap high on your waist and pulled tight. Not on your hips and you should be fine.

    Default Soft sling

I wore my Sleepbaby wrap sling (soft like Moby) five weeks after my C/S. It was a little uncomfortable at first, and DS was small - less than 3kg - but was much more comfy by week six.
    Good luck !
