Has anyone taken folinic acid? I've been told by the dietician at the health food store its better than folic acid as it breaks down better and is more efficient.
I would love to hear from someone who has taken folinic acid. It's also supposed to help with weight loss?!

Folinic acid is not the same as folic acid. It is used in cancer treatment and it is not recommended during pregnancy.
