I'm worried about getting enough omega 3 while pregnant. I know fish and eggs are recommended, but they truly make me gag. Does anyone have some easy ideas to ensure that I reach the DRI?

It shouldn't be hard to reach RDI of omega 3 with out fish and eggs. I'm a vego so never consumed either throughout my pregnancies.
You could take flaxseed oil supplements or consume the oil itself.
Nuts, grains, green leafy vegetables, chia seeds, etc.. are all sources of omega 3.

Omega 3 supplements.. 2 capsules a day I think I took until my heartburn got so bad, then they repeated on me so I stopped

As pp mentioned flax seeds or oil are actually the best source or walnuts

Just to go against the grain, I prefer Chia seeds over Flax.
Chia seeds have a better balance of omega 3 & 6, more fibre and contain higher amounts of other vitamins and minerals.
FWIW- My preference for consuming chia seeds is 1-2 table spoons in a cup of water with loads of lemon or lime juice....very refreshing... Chia seeds are also known to give an energy boost which can be particularly effective in pregnancy....
