    Weighed in this morning - 68.2! So a loss of 0.8kg since last Wednesday! Woo hoo - slow & steady!
    Goal for next week - the number to start with a 6 & a 7!

    Gosh, the past week has just gone like that for me!

    No loss, really. But to be honest i didnt give it a good go. And its wednesday of the second week and i already have started off crap.

    Good morning ladies, I hope you are all well!
    Today is the start of Week 3 (already)!

    I find the weekends the hardest time to eat well! Luckily I managed a good long walk on Saturday and a shorter one yesterday though.

    Just means I need to be extra good during the week now!!!!
