Its been a long time since I've rented but our agent has requested a rental inspection, right in the middle of school holidays argh!!
How nuts of a clean job do I have to do? Most things are fine but my oven could use a big ole clean but I can't do it while the kids are at me. So long as things are generally neat and tidy should it be ok?
Wish it wasn't during holidays!

The main purpose is just to check that nothing is damaged, the house doesn't need to be spotless. You should be fine.

Thanks. School holidays always get me in a spin so this on top just got me, I decided to leave the kids toys out and about for the first time in an attempt to get them to play so suddenly was freaking out. Might have to employ some bribery and set them to work to help me!
