I'm struggling with my morning sickness at the moment and I'm only just 6 weeks. How bad does morning sickness have to be before a doctor will prescribe something for it?

You poor thing. I totally feel your pain. I'm only 5+2 today and I just had my first pregnancy spew which wasn't pleasant at all. Up until yesterday I was worried because I haven't had symptoms and today it has been a completely different story. I know you can get Maxolon from your GP. Just tell him/her you have constant nausea and vomiting and they'll prescribe it for you.

They will only prescibe you something if you cant keep anything down and you are constantly thworing up basically.
I took ginger tablets from the chemist and they were a total life saver!!! Get some of them ASAP, as the dr may recommend those first anyways. I'am not normally into natural remedies but they do work and have worked for lots of people I know. good luck, it sucks so bad!
