While doing some googling on ttc and regulating cycles I found some info on Soy Isoflavane (supposed to have the same effect as Clomid on the body, eg estrogen) which heaps of women on other forums claim has helped them have a stronger O and become pregnant. I couldn't see anything on here but was wondering if anyone has any info.
I know they say soy isn't reccommended for TTC but 'apparently' since you only take this for a few days eg CD1-5 then it doesn't have a negative affect.
Have you tried it?

I don't have any personal experience with this but have done some research & apparently it does work for some but because it's natural & not prescribe by a Dr. There isn't much research that's been done. Or at least that's what I've found. Google it if you want to know more. Would love to hear from anyone who is trying it &/or if they've had any success with it.
