Nawwww that's sad but I'll join you in thinking that he found a lovely new home . I've never had a cockatiel, we fed a baby galah for a couple of days until it's mum came and found it, was just gorgeous to see the mum fly down and feed it . They stayed on the verandah for a few days until the young one could fly, the kids loved it!
