If it helps at all i actually feel pregnant whilst in the states, so had to wait a few weeks until we knew everything was ok, i think its fantastic that you can have a holiday before bub arrives.
Although having miscarriage previously it's probably quite scary, if you have travel insurance and whilst being away you could always go to a doctor if you feel the need. You know your limits and as long as you do all the right things everything should be fine. early scan should definitely put your mind at ease.
