    I used to wake up at 2-3am on fire. It felt like someone was stabbing me with a burning knife. None of the home remedies or over the counter stuff worked. OB gave me script for renitadine, it's fantastic. Takes a little while to work though, but when it does, ahhhh.

    Oh yes I learnt quickly not to bend over too far- ow and yuck!

    rennies and milk worked for me! havent had it this time around though (yet!)

    I had it the whole pregnancy and found milk helped rather than water, and Mylanta liquid. And avoid tomatoes!
