    Oh goodness, not one of our moves has been less then $8000 up to $20000 last move. I think $1500 sounds fair after reading all the replies. It is less then 6 weeks before end of lease and they will have plenty of notice.

    Thanks SS, the property manager suggested first step just ask..... You never know they might be keen to leave early.

    wow I wish we had some of you have the land lords, most of mine lied and cheated us for everything they could and lied about renewing lease as they were unsure about selling then were really mean when they decided to sell.

    Glad so many nice investment owners out there
