Ladydee - Thanks fingers and toes crossed. Yes i have had a hysterosalpingogram and it was all really good and clear DH has great swimmers too. FS has not given us any reason why but he said to expect at least 6 months to 18 months to concieve just given our age. I have an appointment on Tuesday next week so will be discussing IVF in more details then and looking into it for the New years seems like there are few of us heading that path. Hopefully it happens before have to go down that road.
Heyside - Good luck with your cycle whatever you decide to do. Yes the cost is what has us thinking too but basically we have decided to just do it and worry about that later.
Mrs Hopeful - Thank you. Yep I have an appointment next week on Tuesday so will be discussing IVF option in more details same the cost of doing the IUI for us is getting to be too much so I feel its better to just put that money towards IVF cycle. We have 2 more cycles to go too and then onto IVF like you said hopefully neither of us has to go there. It looks like there are few of us looking at heading down the IVF path & if we do at least we will have others to talk to about it.
RJ85 - No problem about the PM how fustrating after you had typed a long response. Looks like there will be a few of us heading down that IVF path come the new year at least we will be able to have others to talk to about it.
AFM - I'm on round 6 of Clomid have my CD10 scan on CD9 which is Tuesday next week & BT too. Think will need to trigger shot again thats normally on CD 13 but will wait to see what FS says. Have already done one IUI ended with a BFN so a little hesitant to do another due to cost. Seriously considering going with home turkey baster option much cheaper. Ive been given all clear by FS and so has DH we know everything is doing as it should yet we just catch that elusive egg I put it down to the little soul waiting to choose us to be their parents.
Hoping to get a nice xmas surprise & wishing everyone else the same.

Ladydee - Good luck for your scan today keep us updated
Mrs Hopeful - Thanks for the support hun, hard when we are ttc a sibling for a little one and we can't plan the best age gap etc that suits our family as we have so much to battle with. Hopefully your new plan of injecting an extra day will work for you and you will catch one of those follies good luck hun. How frustrating for you to not know what is causing your fertility issues after lots of testing especially after having no issues first time, your time will come though I am sure .
rj85 - Great that we will be tww buddies again. Excellent news from your fertility specialist that a 27 follie was good and your blood sounds good too!!!! A diagnosis is great at least you know what you are dealing with, kind of gives you peace of mind. Hopefully you wont need to move onto IVF hun but nice that you are all prepared for what is ahead if that is the case including the costings, nice reference for the rest of us too if that's where we start heading.
Twinkley - The preparations that you are doing incase you head to IVF sound like a good plan, nice to know where you are going. Definitely understand you just going ahead with everything and forgetting about the cost, your baby at the end of all this will definitely be worth it. Good luck with your bloods and scan next week, hope you hear good news and get the trigger. Love that photo and you are right this thread is definitely in need of some good news and a bfp and just before Christmas is a great time to be celebrating.
AFM - Our one and only bd session last night, not in much hope of much this month even though I have the 4 follies just doesn't seem right only trying once unless we have some very strong spermies hunting down the eggs this month. I should be ovulating this morning, last month I had lots of cramping and felt quite sore and tender but not feeling much at all as yet, thought it would be worse with 4 so who knows???

Heyside- Remember it only takes one!! I'm sure those spermies will find their way! I didn't get any symptoms either, this time or last time, though maybe it doesn't matter cos I know from my bloods I definately ovulated last time. Do you get bloods to confirm ovulation??
Ladydee- How did the scan go hun? Hopefully it was good news. I had my fingerscrossed for you.
Twinkley- cute pic, a few christmas BFP's would be a lovely present! Hopefully your follies are growing nicely and you've got a bit of time up your sleeves to decide whether to go with IUI vs DIY vs TI.
Mrs Hopeful- Hope all's going well. Do you get many side effects from the meds are you pretty smooth sailing?
AFM- Nothing to report really, I noticed this time around that the trigger must cause a bit of breast tenderness around 2 days after- which is what i had last cycle that was throwing me off.

rj85 - No I don't have a bt to see if I ovulate, I bet that is reassuring for you to know for sure. I did finally get symptoms yesterday all pains on my right side (where both ovaries are) not as bad as last month though. My breast are not tender as yet, waiting for that to start soon as last month.
Ladydee- Hope your scan went well.
AFM - Ok don't know if we have been very very silly but we have bd again, it was 1dpo so not sure if too late but we thought we would get one more chance in, I know not what was planned. We have a very worrying few weeks ahead if we get a bfp until we have a scan

Rj85 - thanks for sharing your IVF info. Good luck this cycle! xx
Heyside - have everything crossed that you'll catch one of those eggs! I have a good feeling about this cycle for you
Twinkley - wishing you the best for your tests and appointment on Tues x
AFM - CD21 today. My oestrogen on Friday came back at 280 and the scan still showed lots of follies but the biggest were 2 x 12mm ones in the same ovary. I have more bloods and a scan booked for Monday so I'll see if I just want to cancel or persist.

Ladydee- oh hun it's so frustrating when things go so slowly. It's good that the oestrogen is starting to rise and hopefully over the weekend one or both of those 12mm ones take off in the right direction. Fingerscrossed for you hun, I really hope you don't have to cancel.
Heyside- Good to hear you got some O symptoms, and on the right side! You deserve this, hopefully its just one if you get a BFP!!
Mrs Hopeful- Hope all is travelling well with your injections, only 2 days til your next bt and uss.
Twinkley- not long til your appt with the FS and your reesults for this cycle progress, hope you are keeping busy.

Ladydee - Hun sounds like another slow cycle for you, hang on in there hopefully one of those follies will take off over the weekend. Have your clinic discussed maybe increasing your FSH again or are they worried a few follies will take of then (and you will be in my silly position?). Good luck for Monday hope you get some good news.
rj85 - Hope you are well hun and keeping sane in these early days.
Mrs Hopeful - Good luck for your scan, not long now.
Twinkley - Good luck for Tuesday

rj85: Glad to hear your bloods were good and that your nice big follie gets the ok from the FS. Hopefully you don't need to go down the IVF path, but it is good that you have an idea of what you'll be in for....but you wont need it anyway hey ;-)
I haven't had any side effects from the puregon at all, but the ovidrel trigger made me severely light headed all afternoon almost passing out a few times, and then the next morning i had bad nausea and had to spew (was a vivid reminder of what morning sickness is like)
Twinkley: Good luck for your appt. It seems we have similarities... nothing wrong everything normal but still can't catch the damn egg. I love your outlook about the little soul waiting to choose you xx
Heyside: Glad to hear you have felt some O symptoms. I would have done the extra bd to hehe... that you catch at least one of those eggs.
Ladydee: Good luck for tomorrow, hoping that there's been some movement over the weekend and you don't need to cancel.
AFM: well appointment 6:30am tomorrow for scan & bt. Not much to think about or worry about til after then.
Fingers crossed for us all

Hope you lovely ladies are all going well.
Just had my scan cd11 and I have 2 follies possibly a 3rd. But not quite ready yet, so scan again on Wed morning.
The FS said if there ends up being 3 it's up to me if I go ahead, and I said yep definitely. I figure out of 3 I should have better odds to catch 1 right? That's my thinking anyway

Mrs Hopeful - Thanks for the support with the extra bd, keep thinking have we been a little stupid trying again but then I read so much on the internet of others who have bd with 4 follies who have got a bfn so think maybe we will be ok! Maybe you might be in a similar position soon with 3 follies which is great news, I think its definitely got to improve our chances , did they tell you how big the follies where at the scan?
Ladydee - Good luck for today
