I know my first post was really long, but it felt really good to get it out.
Does anyone else have injection cycles that are extremely long??

Hi Judy, I did have long injection cycles too. My longest was about 28 days of injecting then tww and then BFP!! That was round 5. I think my shortest injection cycle was about 21 days with tww after that. I never found injecting annoying more just all the scans and then hated TI time cause it's so much pressure esp after such a long time injecting. Hang in there with it, it does work 😃

Thanks Greenfairy. Did you only do the injections & TI? Or did you do clomid as well? How many cycles of what treatment did you do before you got your BFP? How's your Preg going? Hope all is good.

2013isouryear, how is your cycle coming along? Finding the injections easier? I freaked on my very first one, but when I finally did it, found it to be such an anticlimax. Hahaha. Now I have no issues, just have to remember doing the injection before walking out the door in the mornings.

Had my BT yesterday & my E was at 147. I've been told it needs to be over 600. So the've up'd my dose to 50/25. & BT next Wednesday.
Long long road to even getting a trigger day. I envy those who only have to do the injections for a week or two, like a real cycle.

    Hi Judy,
I did two cycles of clomid with no progress of follicles. I then did three cycles of injections with TI and got BFN, next cycle I got too many follicles so we cancelled and then final cycle 7 I got BFP. I'm 26 and DP is 30. I've got lean PCOS - normal healthy bmi and no other known health issues.

Have had a very uneventful pregnancy so far but currently at the gp with some bleeding so fingers crossed all is still fine. Will keep you posted.

Glad to hear your injections are going well and fingers crossed you'll get a BFP shortly too.

Just touching back - all is fine they think bleeding was from low placenta.

Judy I just wanted to say too, your dose is very low. I started at 50 but finished up at about about 87.5 or whatever the dose is I think? But still always took it slow and I was happy with that as long as I got to trigger. I'd rather take it slow and trigger than go fast and get too many and have to cancel. Hang in there with it - this could be the last cycle you have to worry about it

Hi 2013isouryear, I'm so happy you could go ahead with the retrieval. What are your next steps now?

Thanks for the info Greenfairy. Gives me hope on the FSH cycles. Glad to hear that all is pretty much well with your pregnancy.

My canceled cycle (#2) started at 50 units & I was eventually brought up to 100 units a day. They think the higher doses so quickly were the reason why I grew too many follies. That's why were starting at such a low dose. Just have to keep trucking.

    Next BTs are on Wednesday.

Hey 2013isouryear, how did the transfer go?? Did you do one or two embryos?

Had blood tests today. My E is only 183 & they want me in for a scan & another BT on Friday. FS have said to stick with the 25/50 units.

Sending out lots of baby dust.
    Judy
