I spent 12 months alone, was just getting confident when the neighbour busted someone in my yard.

Now i get nervous but my dad & mum live 2 seconds away so if i hear something they come

I have always freaked out by myself, I only ever feel safe with DH in the bed lol I have had major issues with sleeping all my childhood though, I used to smuggle a bread knife to bed when I was like 8 years old...no real reason, I just was convinced monsters were real lol

I lock up the house and sleep with the Labrador and my very protective bulldog when I'm alone. Lucky dh isn't away much. When we have a baby I imagine it will be all of us in the nursery "just in case" lol
