    Question The Fertility Diet

    I have just started reading a book called The Fertility Diet by Sarah Dobbyn. Im wondering if any of you ladies have followed this diet and conceived? My DF and I are onto our 15 month TTC baby #1 and at this stage Im willing to try anything. I can definitely lose some weight thats for sure.

    Im just wondering if this diet has worked in conceiving a baby for anyone?

    I haven't heard of this diet, but I have heard that losing as little as 2kg can give your fertility a boost.

    Ive never heard of the Cohens diet. Hmm well if this diet works Ill let you all know

    Not specifically this diet, but I fell after 2 months of Lite'N'Easy
