    Question The Fertility Diet

I have just started reading a book called The Fertility Diet by Sarah Dobbyn. Im wondering if any of you ladies have followed this diet and conceived? My DF and I are onto our 15 month TTC baby #1 and at this stage Im willing to try anything. I can definitely lose some weight thats for sure.

Im just wondering if this diet has worked in conceiving a baby for anyone?

    Default The Fertility Diet

Apparently the Cohen's diet was originally a fertility diet... :-)

    Default The Fertility Diet

I haven't heard of this diet, but I have heard that losing as little as 2kg can give your fertility a boost.

    Good luck to you
