    Honestly though I peel when Im making it but if I was eating somebody elses and they had left the skin on I would still eat it and love it

    I like it with the skin on, dp and the girls whinge if the potatoes aren't peeled. Someone is always having to suck it up here!

    Washed potatoes with white skin I leave the skin on. If I'm using brushed potatoes I peel those.

    Skin on here! I get lots of compliments on my my potato salad so I guess it hasn't bothered any of my guests.

    Always leave it on.
    I prefer both the texture and taste with the skin. Even if I didn't, there's no way I'd be bothered peeling them.

    My partner makes the most delicious mashed potato with skins in it. Fluffy, creamy and an awesome variation in texture (with no lumps).

    My mum makes the best potato salad. She peels the skin AND mashes the potato.
