Default I need the number for who you call for over the phone health advice in nsw

I can't find it. My 5 year old has been vomiting for 6 hours straight and can't even keep a sip of water down. She's upset cause she's so thirsty. She seems okay, but just unsure of where to go from here....my kids have had gastro bugs before but not one where they haven't been able to hold down even a sip of water after a few hours of being sick.

She has only done one wee today, about an hour ago if that helps anyone.

Dehydration is a pretty big deal in kids. Id skip the gp and go straight to the ED. FWIW im a nurse.

Thanks. I thought 13 Health was no longer in operation?

I found the 1800 no. just after I posted this. She's not showing signs of dehydration yet (lips not dry, she urinated only once today but it was only about an hour ago) so we're on to 1ml of water every ten minutes and if she doesn't keep that down and hasn't kept anything down for 12 hours or is showing signs of dehydration then she needs to get medical help.

Poor kid, there's a really nasty bug just raging around here at the moment and it has decided to grace us with its presence.
