help my baby girl sleep through the night!

No advice other than what been given, but for me it helped to know it was quite normal for children to be wakeful overnight for some time to come yet, DS started sleeping through at 2.5.
What helped for me was getting DH to get the kids up sunday mornings while I stayed in bed and napped, pure heaven!

I have a 9 mth old as well and he has been sleeping through as soon as we followed a routine at 5mths, now he feeds at 7, 11, 3, 6:30pm and dream feed at 10:30pm (not sure if its really needed) and he sleeps from 9:30-11am, 1.30:3pm and bed at 7pm. He has solids 3 times a day. Good luck on the odd occassion he still wakes up but usually as he is too cold so I just give him a quick breast feed and he goes down again. We got rid of any dummies as they keep falling out and he couldn't put it back and start screaming to find it.
