My DD loathed tummy time and went from lying to standing and refused to crawl. Most people are amazed at how co-ordinated she is. Go with the flow. If their is a real issue you won't know until after 1.

Both my girls hate tummy time but as they live in the carrier/sling till 6mths there is no real need for it. Dd1 rolled at 4.5mths and dd2 rolled today at 3mths. They will do it in their own time.
Try a carrier to help them strengthen their neck muscles.
