couldnt read and not respond. so sorry to hear of your situation. firstly, you are most definatley not a terrible person. it is however a terrible situation.
i very much related to your post as i too went through with a medical termination for trisomy 18. All the reasoning in the world still doesnt negate the tearing at your heart but in time it does help.
brusselsprout has sound advice in suggesting seeking counselling. sids n kids also help women and families with this situation.
and agree that you do have options. i delivered in hospital and got to spend some time with my baby. but you have to do what you feel most comfortable doing.

I feel like such a bad person
I've been through something similar. I don't think the pain of doing it in a hospital is any worse in a clinic. I always believed if I had to do it again I would want to do it as early as possible and with as little fan fare as possible.
Hospitals are organisations, you have to tell so many people and feel like your always having to justify your decision and it is traumatic every time you do. I would have gone for a clinic if I had known better and they had picked it up earlier. I had RU486 at 20 weeks and the procedure was non intrusive and simple. I'm guessing that is what a clinic will do.

Don't know how to thank you girls enough. All your kind words have made me cry. I will definitely seek some counseling afterwards. I am booked in for tomorrow morning. Please know how much you have helped me. X
