Default What's your most annoying habit?

Lately my little habit has gotten out of control.. I do it mainly when I'm preoccupied (i.e. reading bubhub!), nervous or bored. Worst thing is - I do it subconsciously and it drives DH mental.

My name is Squirrelex and I'm a toe cracker.
I crack my toes simply by moving them up and down. I also crack my neck and knuckles, but toes are my downfall.

Anyone else have any awful habits they can't kick?
DH cuts his toenails and eats them!!!

Yes. Picking my skin. I also don't realise I'm doing it, it's subconscious, and I do it when I am bored or stressed. I only realise when I have blood dripping down my arms and legs. It looks horrible
I have a skin condition, Keratosis pilaris, where I get these white bumps on my skin, which is what I pick.

Plucking at hairs on my chin. I do it All The Time! I'll be part way through a conversation and realize I'm doing it, embarrassing!
But I would die of embarrassment if anyone ever saw one there, they are fine clear colored ones, but I can feel the sneaky ******** there!

Both my girls have it too, worse than me but with moisturisation it helps. I hate it so much, especially coz I know if I didn't have it I wouldn't pick so much.

Biting my fingernails. I know it's disgusting, I know I am putting my hands in my mouth and then touching things, I know I am putting germs in my mouth from touching things and ten putting them in my mouth BUT I just can't seem to stop. I bite them until they really hurt or bleed. They look terrible.
Worst ting is DD has started doing it now too
