    Default IVF Babies Due Jan/Feb/Mar 2013 #3

I think the poisony taste in my mouth is reflux...I never knew what this was...although I don't get heartburn it just kind of burns and tastes horrible in my throat - can reflux harm the baby or its normal?

In better news we had a small garage sale on the fly yesterday and got rid of some stuff so now our nursery is nearly empty!

Have been lying in bed watching my tummy move - its so crazy how much it moves but awesome such an amazing thing just feel so blessed

    Enjoy your Sunday everyone

Morning, SL, I only just realized I was having reflux/heartburn after I thought I was having a heart attack! I never got it in the first pregnancy. OB thinks it because the baby is sitting higher because of the prévia.. Lol I have some mylanta (puke) but will try Meshell's suggestion of warm water!

Sl it's definitely reflux, midwife told me to try Rennies from chemist. It is the only medicine that has worked somewhat. I had it really terribly in the first tri with MS. The other thing is try a little milk, not too much as it can aggravate the reflux.

Meshell I know that pain I think it's called spd, OB pretty much said suck it up not much you can do about it but rest and panadol. I find the day before it hurts I've overdone things, a panadol, rest and a good sleep usually helps.

Going to a wedding in high heels, am worried about going *rse up! Thanks melbourne for lovely weather as maxi dress was my only option. I've got heart burn too, all that lovely relaxin hormone softening the oesophagus , Mylanta works a treat for me thankfully

OMG, so hot today... I walked a for about an hour or so in an air-conditioned shopping mall and ....

    1) I have already got chaff between my legs :-( and
    2) TMI but it is so hot and muggy my panty liner wouldn't even stick to my nickers!

Not sure how I am going to cope over the next 2 months...!!

It was 35 today with about 90% humidity! Talk about sweaty!! I'd trade for Perth weather right now!
