Zackmick, so sorry to hear another failed cycle, I really wish the fertility roller coaster will give you a break soon! Which specialist are you under now? Are they trying anything different.??
I'm going great thanks, (feel awful talking about it though when you are having such a tough time!) kenzie is 9 weeks today, gorgeous and well behaved. She already sleeps 10 hours at night!
Anyone else got any news????
Come on Melbourne girls lets get chatting!

Oh Zakmick, sorry to hear you haven't had any luck yet - it's just so unfair
Your emotional strength is amazing!

So sorry Zakmick, that sucks... do you know what is next??
AFM: Another cycle cancelled yesterday due to an estrogen drop. Sucks big time but fortunately got in to see my FS today and starting a down reg cycle in a couple of weeks. When AF shows up I start on the BCP then 2 weeks later have an ovarian scan to check there's no activity then start synarel nose spray and 2 weeks after that have a BT to check I have been successfully down regulated and then start stimming again on 200 menopur. This time around she also allowed me to start melatonin so I am happy about that to try and help with egg quality!! Estimated EPU about 8 weeks from now..... so I think I will just make it into October but TWW in Nov... I am sure a new thread will be up for that in no time!
DH and I are going to get away for a week before October so that will be nice and just what I need then October begins with my best friends hens and wedding, Dads birthday, Grandma's 90th birthday and our 2 yr anniversary so it's a busy month for us so it flys by!!

Thanks girls. Under Nick Lolatgis at Monash currently, have a follow up in 2 wks so not sure what next, but going to visit The fertility Centre in Sunshine as money is getting very right, as nicks protocols are not cheap.
JB so sort about the cancelled cycle, I need to do antagonist cycles as my oestrogen drops on down reg cycles. 8 wks will go quickly, what pill are you on? Levlen?
Jen: sounds as though Kenzie is a dream!!
Rice: my emotional strength, I have no idea where it comes from but I'm glad I have it, as after 8 cycles, 10 transfers and TTC for 8 yrs, I should be getting near straight jacket time

I'm on microgynon, I'm now seeing Lynn Burmeister at Monash - she described me as "a tricky one" and "fragile PCO patient". My 2nd cycle was a microgynon/synarel/gonal F down reg and we got to do a blastocyst transfer but unfortunately resulted in a chem and no frosties hopefully a down reg on microgynon/synarel/menopur will get us better results - also taking melatonin, Vit E & higher dose of coq10 so fingers crossed!!
Zakmick you're amazing! Certainly an IVF warrior woman - you're strength is inspirational and I hope Nick gets you your BFP soon xx

Jb: Glad it's that pill as levlen is EVIL haha. I think the menupur due to the LH helped with my egg quality this time. How do you go with synarel? I can't take it it gives me nasty migraines.

Zakmick, we are still checking up on you! I have everything crossed that I will one day very soon check up and hear the news we have all been waiting for. Money sucks when it starts to impact getting in another cycle.
Hubby said to me today when I was minding a friends bub that he hopes Im not getting clucky....hahaha Id try for another one in a heartbeat but alas DH still wont come to the party...My little bubs is 16mths old tomorrow. She isnt walking yet (both of my girls are lazy ) but she is very close. We are still breastfeeding, I dont think she ever wants to stop but I think Im ready.
Jen, congrats on the arrival of Kenzie. Enjoy the sleep through cause mine did the same very early.....but now is a different story She wants to feed more at night than during the day!
Pippi, Glad Thomas is going well for you. I hope things are still going smoothly.
Hi to all the newbies. Its a hard path but so worth while in the end!

Hi ladies, sorry it's been a while since I stopped by, life with a little one is flying by so fast. Kenzie is 10 weeks today!
Zack, have you been to the clinic at sunshine yet?? I've heard fairly good things about them. They have opened a new IVF clinic in werribee but I think it's mivf so not sure on price. I hope you get some answers and hopefully a bfp soon.
Hi to everyone else, good luck on your journeys!
