Default How do you keep calm?

I'm 9wks pregnant with our 3rd bub. I've had 3 m/c and have always had a private OB who was very obliging with checking my bub on a weekly basis till I got to 12wks (more for my benefit). We have since moved and I've changed OB and he won't see me till after 12 wks. I'm paranoid all the time and trying so hard to keep positive. How do you keep calm and in a positive mind set?

Couldnt read and not reply. Unfortunately I don't have an answer because I am 6wks 2days and have had 2 m/c and a chemical and feel the same. I had my dating scan today and there was no heart beat yet. Everything looked good the sonographer said but I'm still stressing a bit. Anyway just wanted to send you hugs. Your not alone @@@@

    That's horrible! What a meanie!

Could you fake some symptoms to get in for an US? Maybe not a nice thing to do, but hey, at least it can put your mind at ease?!

Your gp can refer you for a scan. Mine did I don't have my ob til end Sept. Maybe go to your Dr and ask them. Just explain your concerns. Good luck ! X
