Default A timely reminder... Lock your car!

    avarosemeyer.memory-of.com/About.aspx

I'm hoping I'm allowed to share this link as it directly revolved around child safety. This little girl let herself into the family car... Only to be found 30 minutes too late.

Avas rules are to keep your keys away from children's access, always lock the car and make sure YOUR child knows never to enter a car alone and to beep the horn if they can't get out.

I know personally I had always assumed my son wouldn't do something like let himself into a car without me, but as Avas parents point out... There's no arguing with 3 year olds logic. When my son gets home from kindy, im giving him a car safety lesson!

Thanks for the info. Our car is normally in the garage at home and once I have found the kids in the car playing, luckily it wasn't hot. We talked about climbing in the front to open the doors then, but I didn't think about the horn.
