Default Signs of a blighted ovum (here we go again, second time this year.................)

Was so excited to find out that we were having another baby- found out I was pregnant the day I was supposed to deliver our last lost baby.....so it seemed like a good sign that this one was meant to be!
Have had plenty of pregnancy symptoms but since last Saturday I have been experiencing threads of red blood in my CM (sorry, TMI!). This is how the last blighted ovum story started for me.
What do you think the chances are that it is happening again?! Is it possible to get this type of red spotting and for it not to spell out bad news?

Try not to panic, it's hard not to I know. But when I had a mc and had cramps I had the same cramps with the pregnancy that was fine. So it doesn't mean it will happen again
