    Default Breastfeeding positions for out in public

    You could try upright feeding. I'm only an F cup but find I could straddle bub over my thigh and support her to feed her that way. Usually in the sling (loosened) for extra support. She has always had fairly strong back and neck though.

    If possible, you can turn your chair sideways and use the table as an "armrest." I did this at times as well. Maybe not in a restaurant, but probably in a food court.
