I would like to invite you to participate in an online survey for parents (aged 18yrs+) of children aged 0-5yrs where you will be able to share your experiences and thoughts about current child and family health services. Your participation is very much appreciated as is your assistance in spreading the word about this national survey so that as accurate picture of families use of these vital services for their children can be revealed. Please feel free to share the link for this survey and please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
The survey will remained open until 20th October 2012 though may be extended dependent upon responses.
Just to remind you the short on-line survey (approx. 15-25mins) relates to the experiences of families in Australia when seeking guidance, support and services from child and family health services providers in Australia.
Your participation in this research will be valuable in helping us to discover the makeup and experience of family’s use of services.
The link to the survey is as follows;
