    Default If you have a cleaner...

    My cleaner is $15 an hour. We comes once a week for 3-4 hours or however long it takes to get it all done.

    One thing too, if she is sick and can't come I will still pay her for 2 hours work because she is so amazing.

    Things she does:
    Sweep and mop all floors
    Make all beds
    Clean the kitchen/bathroom
    Do all washing and drying.

    She pretty much cleans the house top to bottom and I just maintain it through out the week.

    oh and mum charges $20 an hour which seems tl be the going rate !

    $20 is a bargain. It's more like $30 an hour.

    Where abouts do you find your cleaners? I am interested to hire one as I'm struggling while working full time and pregnant and would just love to do something to make life a little easier but am scared as to how to find a good cleaner.

    I use an agency as they have already vetted them. U could do a Facebook status asking does anyone know one looking for a regular spot or gumtree.

    absolute domestic agency or you can put an add up on guntree ( usually cheaper as they don't need to pay agency fees) but with an agency they have police checks etc
