    Default Moving house

We are moving this weekend (yay) we currently live in bils house. And pay rent weekly but have no lease to this house. My question was what if he tries to make up pay rent in this house for a while when we don't live here anymore. He knows we won't be able to afford it. I don't think his that mean (his really nice) but I'm just a bit worried

You have no lease so no, he can't "make" you pay anything. I take it you gave him plenty of notice and I'll leave the place tidy? IMO he can't ask for more than that! Legally though he can't ask for anything as there was no lease so he likely isn't declaring that rental income.

He knows. They are re painting the house after we leave then renting it out again because they can't sell it. We will also be helping with the painting and stuff as they live ages away. They know we need a bigger house and his partner was saying she dosnt know how I do it in this tiny house lol she didn't have any kids but just 2 dogs when they lived here and she couldn't cope

Ah, doesn't sound like you will have any problems then. I wouldn't worry.
