I hope you don't mind me jumping onto the thread. I'm Caz and still TTC #1 with PCOS. I've gone through the clomid & metformin journey with no results. I've also gone through two cycles of IVF which both resulted in miscarriages.
Does anyone else in here see Dr David Molloy at QFG? He's my dr.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello

Joining on on your thread! I'm Bec and only just started TTC#1. I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago, but the last time I went (about a year ago) it seemed to not be as bad? I'm hoping I don't have to wait too long to get pregnant but with irregular AF who knows.
good luck to all of you!

Welcome becca hopefully it happens for you soon. Have you seen a fs yet?

Thanks Petepie, I haven't yet. I guess I'm just hoping it will happen naturally. Probably naive of me after reading everyone's posts and I havent seen AF since feb 4th.

I have started my 5th cycle of GonalF as my AF arrived on Monday. Not as depressing as last month but still sad.
Since I track and just talk with the nurses each month, they suggested I make an appointment to see the FS and make a plan if this doesn't work. I am scared that it won't but am more petrified of doing IVF and that not working!!

It can happen naturally. I have severe pcos. Heaps of cysts on both ovaries. I conceived naturally after 3.5yrs. Due to my weight I wasn't allowed to get fertility treatment so I just forgot about it and went on with life. I started to accept that it wouldn't happen...and that's when it did. Now it's a bit more stressful for me because as each month goes by the age gap between my son (2.4yrs) is getting bigger and bigger. Also my cycles are all over the place. I'm getting my period more than ever now and I'm heavier than before I had my son and didn't have a period for a whole year! My hospital will look after me pregnant but won't help me get pregnant because they dont thinj its advisable at my weight. Am trying to lose weight now.
