Thanks ladies! He is lovely and a good bubby!!

I also never had a cycle. I had to use provera to start one, then clomid followed by puregon injections, I had 6 cycles in total fell preg on cycle 3 and miscarried and then cycle 6 resulted in George! I also visited a naturopath and drank loads of nasty stuff!!

Everyone is very different and yes I believe we all would love to trade with those lucky people who just look at a man and fall pregnant!!!!!

Now I have bub who knows what will happen to me! I had af like twice a year before but we will see!

My main worries now are what if i dont fall again and severe unwanted excess hair!!!! Agggg PCOS sucks! It's scary that I am worried about number two or another miscarriage already but that's a PCZoS sufferer for you!

Are any of you seeing a naturopath or doing other things to get pregnant?

    Just jumping back in ladies
Merlsy, I agree with littlejoey, why do you need to get a 28 day cycle - all you need is a follicle to mature and release an egg that you can fertilize.

When I was on injections that first half of the cycle always took about 28 days alone so my cycles were always 6 weeks. You just need close monitoring. It's very annoying but it's been worth it for me

Are you considering injections? Where are you at with things now? I'll keep my fingers crossed that 2013 is the year of your BFP and sticky bub xx

He is an exceptionally handsome young man Littlejoey Big congrats.

I'm 23 weeks today and having a very easy pregnancy. I think the powers that be have decided to give us a hard TTC journey and an easy pregnancy as compensation. Here's hoping I have an easy birth too.

Congrats littlejoey! I had been wondering about you!! I often wonder about Miggins too. We had the same due date.
I am also still around a bit. Little Emily is going well. She is 5 months on the 20th Jan and just a little angel. She is currently still sleeping after having her last bottle at about 9:30pm. She's teething but seems to be handling it like a trooper.
She was conceived on our 5th round of clomid. 2nd cycle of 150mg and 2nd cycle that I ovulated (missed it first time as it happened around CD 18 or 19). I honestly didn't think it'd be so quick for us! Don't lose hope! I was so sick the weekend we conceived and did all the "wrong" things with regards to position, legs in the air etc - basically we just enjoyed ourselves and now we have this miracle ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357855314.099191.jpg

Such an inspiration to see the success stories and cute little bubbas!

GF, I've only just started seeing the FS, so the initial testing to determine where I'm lacking or 'defecting' is what I'm trying to achieve. I have been a little blaze about keeping appointments though, my own fault lol.

I am CD3 so will go in tomorrow for my bloods, then the HyCoSy. Will see him again on 21st Feb to get results, then I'll know where I stand and what the next step is whether it's clomid, injections or whatever he throws at me - ill try it all

All the best Merls, really hope you get some results soon.

Only my opinion and obviously everyone is different but personally I wouldn't spend too long on clomid. I found that stuff just turned me into a crazy person which wasn't at all conducive to baby making, the other thing with PCOS is that it's such a delicate balance to get enough ovarian stimulation to get a follicle but not too much that you get 5 - if you're only doing TI or IUI.

Injections have far less side effects IMO and its much easier for your fs to monitor and adjust as required to get you a result from every cycle not just this wait and see that happens with clomid. Obviously it does work for some so give it a go and see how you respond but don't spend too long if nothing is happening and don't be frightened of the needles it's honestly no drama. I did a 50mg then a 100mg clomid cycle - nothing happened so straight to injectables. 5 cycles later with TI (incl 1 that was cancelled) and I'm now 12w3d

I agree about the clomid. It worked once out of the 6 cycles I had and that's when I changed to 100mg. I felt feral on clomid too. Couldn't wait to take the last one so I could feel normal.

Good luck with the fs merls

I can't believe it's been that long gf! I hope pg is treating you well

I know miss petepie it is flying! I've got my NT scan on Monday afternoon so really keeping my fingers crossed that all is well. I'll feel much better after that. Otherwise though I've sailed through first tri completely unscathed so I'm very lucky
