Default Sick during pregnancy = low immunity bub?

With my first pregnancy I was very healthy and didn't even catch a cold! DS came out perfect with strong immunity too.
This is my second pregnancy and I have been sick quite a bit, cold, flu, stomach flu and now hospitalized for 2nd stomach flu.
Just worried that this will impact bubs health as a newborn? I will still be breastfeeding and etc.
    What are your thoughts?

I don't think it would, it's your body fighting the cold/flu bub's probably in there chilling out getting all the nutrients. Are you taking vitamins? Sometimes we don't absorb them as we should... I switched mine a couple of times. Hope you feel better soon!!!
