    Default Sand

OMG. Am I the only parent that hates sand? DD1 brings home so much of it from school. It's all in her hair, through her clothes and her shoes are filled with it! I can't imagine what exactly she does in the sand to get so covered? She says people throw it at her, seems probable, but aren't the teachers supervising? For this to happen EVERY DAY to this extent, I assume obviously not.
I am tempted to save all the sand over x amount of time and go dump it in the office or something, better than it being dumped in my house!!
I don't see why they use an alternative to sand for the play equipment?

I hate sand too. I hate the beach because even about 6 weeks after you go, you're still finding sand freaking everywhere.

Love the beach but hate when the girls take off their socks inside after preschool instead of on the verandah and half a sandpit comes out of them.

Sand sucks. I thought woohoo no more sand once DS hit school but nope, come home with pockets filled to the rim of them.

Baby powder! Seriously, before we come home from the beach or if the kids have been playing in the sand pit outside, we strip them off, rub powder all over them and they are smooth as a baby's bottom!

Oh and DD1 brings it home in her shoes from daycare, one day I'll learn instead of wearing if, LOL.

Yes this! We are at the beach nearly every Sunday so we strip DS off and rub him down with Gaia powder before changing him , works brilliantly

How good is it?! Good enough to chuck a clean set of clothes on and be comfy for the trip home!
