Default Cottage cheese substitute for ricotta?

I am planning on making a berry cheesecake for dh, and the recipe calls for 600gm of ricotta cheese, and about 150gm of cream cheese. I stupidly picked up one cottage cheese and one ricotta as well as the cream cheese. Do you think I could use the cottage cheese? Or just get off my lazy butt and go swap it for another ricotta ? Tia.

Did u go get more? Coz you can use cottage cheese you just have to drain it as its more watery and adjust the saltiness/sweetness by tasting it...
