We went to see two naturopaths since we had unexplained infertility. Yes they taught me to eat well, stick to organic products, recommended vitamins etc. (they did improve my DHs sperm quality even though it wasn't bad in the first place) but if you have been trying for a while with no success there is something wrong above what a naturopath can do. I ended up removing endo (had no symptoms for it) and went down the IVF route.
