Default 7 month old wind pains

My 7 month old has been waking more and more often at night with wind pains since starting solids. I though it would settle in a month, but it hasn't. He has only been having pear, yoghurt, sweet potato and a few other veggies... Any advice? Thanks

Cut down anything fermented or fermenting such as dairy, cabbage etc. Make sure banana is very ripe so the sugars are broken down as they can cause constipation.

Thanks, he hasn't had cabbage or banana but I might cut the yoghurt out and see if that makes a difference

I thought yoghurt wouldn't cause wind because they recommend it for bloating if it has the acidophilus in it
