    Default Kefir grains Melbourne.

Does anyone know where I can get some milk kefir grains in Melbourne? Or elsewhere if you know they post and arrive in good condition. I bought some online and they were dead. So I would prefer to get some from a recommended source.

    Bump.

I would love to know the answer to this too.

Have you tried making other probiotic foods?

On facebook there is a page called The Eco Mum. She is always talking of kefir and is very helpful, perhaps she might know or she can put a post up asking all her followers if they know.

Thanks lollydolly. I'll check that out!
Our little blessing, I make water kefir and kombucha. I also make cultured veggies. I got into cultures veggies recently to help my ds2 with his reflux and apparent food intolerances. It has helped him so much. He no longer gets any nappy rash or eczema. Could just be a coincidence though!
