    Default Stress and pregnancy

    Hi guys
I'm 6 and a half weeks in and am stupidly stressed.
My partner has bi-polar and adhd and can snap really easily, never violent or aggressive towards anyone.
His family and my family keep getting involved because they have heard how he can yell at me, I go back and am not a push over, they are just concerned and he likes to blame everyone else for the issues and not look internally.
What do I do, will stress harm or affect the growing bubba etc?
I'm worried about my stress levels as I work full time and study part time also he doesn't work.I really appreciate your help or any advice...

Sorry to hear of your tough situation right now

I know you seem very busy but maybe you could squeeze in the time to talk to a counsellor? I have just started seeing one and after just one session I feel heaps better.

Sometimes it is good to talk to someone who is unbiased and doesnt know the people in your life personally.

Also maybe you could suggest this for your DP?
