Default Standing up in the highchair

Can everyone please give me some tips?

My DD who is 8m is always standing up in her highchair! We have a harness but she is a total monkey and just slips right out of it!

I've tried using a very firm voice and saying no, but she just laughs at me!!! Obviously I can't ignore it, I won't smack her, I'm not sure what to do!!

    Anyone else deal with this?

I used to twist the straps around each other and then clip them in so it was tighter and they couldn't get out, had to do it in the pram too lol.
