Default Progesterone side effects or 2ww symptoms

    Hi ladies

I am currently 5dp5dt and on my 3rd FET. My clinic has changed their protocol and upped the dose of progesterone suppositories ( which I am very happy with!) so I am now on 400mg x 2 a day.

Having very different "symptoms" this time round which I am guessing is mostly the progesterone - any ladies get these symptoms on similar dose of prog?

    V. Sore boobs (normal/obviously prog)
    Appetite suppressed
    Mild nausea
    V. Tired
Itchy skin (arms & back- wt..???)
    Dizzy when walking yesrerday
    Complete lack of motivation lol

Please share your stories as I'm going a bit nuts!! Really hoping this is our lucky cycle!!

Yeah, I had all of those last time. But I was BFP!!! (Chem pregnancy sadly).
I hear that progesterone mimics pregnancy symptoms- so all could be progesterone too.

Thanks Fortutude! Sorry that it turned out to be a chem
Yeah, I'm guessing it's all from high progesterone but hoping its not just from the pessaries fx!! Ah, the fun of medicated cycles...

I just thought I'd check back in with results for this thread, in case it comes up in any Google searches. 11dp5dt today and my beta came back at 1490 today!! So a solid BFP. I was also getting a BFP on HPT from 5dp5dt, so I'm guessing it was an early implant

That's awesome news. I am on 3 x 200 progesterone pessaries but I am not feeling anything but some twinges in my abdomen and I thought I had a implant bleed this morning but I don't think it was now. Last cycle I was on crinone and had terrible side effects but with this nada apart from twinges and slighty tender boobs.

    I am 6dpo3dpt.

    Thanks Jessesgirl!

Elkalemi- I have never used crinone but have heard that symptoms can be "difficult". I have not had many problems with pessaries on past cycles. Maybe boobs a bit sore. Good luck with this cycle, hope you get some good news in the next few days!
