    Default Who is your service provider for home phone and internet?

    Not sure which section this should go in so I have put it here.

    I'm currently with Telstra and so fed up with them and the billing issues I've had since day one. I'm not under contract so looking to change. I'm in a Telstra Smart Community so I'm not even sure what my other options are as yet. I work from home so I need really good reliable and quick internet service which Telstra do provide but the Customer Service over the phone is a joke.

    Who is your service provider for home phone and internet? Are you happy with the quality of service you are given?

    I'm with Telstra too and I just can not stand their lack of customer service. I recently moved houses and it took them over 3 weeks to connect my land line and even longer for my Internet! That is after weeks of me harass calling and them making false promises. They also charged me over $400 for their "installation"

    We use Internode phone and internet. Never had a problem with anything. Their help is always amazing and theyre quite cheap

    DH works FIFO so my needs may be different to yours but so we can call his mobile anytime day or night we went with optus for home phone and internet just over two years ago when I was 36 weeks pregnant. I know we don't use all the internet but I'd be afraid of our phone bills without it and it's $129 but when you throw in that we have a private number it's $134 a month. We had a look around last month when they told us they could get it down to $119 such a big saving right?

    Dodo for unlimited calls and unlimited internet ends up being $69 a month I think don't quote on that price I'm badly sleep deprived but it's cheap compared to optus so I'm calling them on Monday to organise the a changeover The funniest part is dodo is supposed to be optus who told us they couldn't possibly go any lower so we told them we'd be taking our business elsewhere

    We're with Netspace (who've been taken over by iiNet) and generally they've been good. Never any billing/customer service issues and you can sort almost everything out through their toolbox online if you do have things that need to be changed .

    We're with Telstra for home stuff and DH's mobile.

    A BAZILLION times better than Vodafone (my mobile).

    Optus!

    I changed from Telstra too.

    For $109 I get all my phone and Internet capped. The package includes unlimited calls to any number in Australia (apart from satellite mobiles) and 1tb of downloads.

    Telstra for mobiles & Internet.
    Terrible customer service, but so much better than 3's coverage- we left them early as we had virtually no coverage with either! We're only 10km from the CBD too!

    No Home Phone.

    Internet is pre-paid wifi thingy with vodafone. Mobiles with vodafone.
