    Default Mid cycle bleeding

I've been charting my cycled as we are TTC and we've been trying to follow SMEP (but visitors, work and illness keep getting in the way)

I got AF on CD10, very heavy and crampy. Do I now make that CD1 or do I need to wait until AF returns to figure it out?

    Default Mid cycle bleeding

If you're charting do you mean you're also taking your temp in the morning? If so, I'd keep doing that and see if you ovulate and if it's still in line with your usual cycle. Mid-cycle bleeding is probably something to mention to your doctor, it may indicate something like endometriosis.

I wouldn't count it as CD1 just yet, I'd keep going and see what my temps did.
