    Default Food causing migraines?

    Hi

I'm a migraine sufferer and have narrowed down my trigger!

It is really weird and took me a long time to eliminate all possibilities!

My migraine is caused by red food coloring number 123! I can have red colour 122 and 124 and 120 but as soon as I have 123 massive migraine!

I have also recently discovered that chocolate gives me a migraine! Boohoo!!!!

As long as I avoid those things I don't get any migraines!

Good luck with finding the trigger and I hope the nasty things go away for you!

    S

I can't drink orange juice or orange cordial.

Even just 1 glass will give me a slight headache so more than 1 glass would most certainly give me a pretty bad headache at the least.
